West Side United Builders was founded in 2002 by Gilbert Chavez under the legal name United Remodeling. Mr. Chavez's 15 years experience specializing in foundations, retrofitting and framing work has generated a wealth of experience critical to construction work. Our customers can rest at ease knowing that the company that's building their home or doing their remodel is a specialist in foundations.

Over the past 5 years West Side United Builders quickly has grown to become a full fledged builder, with many construction projects completed in Santa Monica, Hollywood Hills and Los Angeles. Today the company offers every possible service, from engineering to architectural and design services (through it's affiliate Design Vidal).
